Being in my 60's...I always feel threatened by the "forever changing " technology.
But at the branch in Paarl I was helped by Daryl when I had a problem with my laptop.
He explained to me in terms I could understand,without making me feel uncomfortable or stupid.
It is the second time in a short period that I had the similar approach by a salesman from the same branch,when I needed a memory card for my cellphone....unfortunately I can't remember his name.
You young generation staff surely knows how to deal with our older generation.Well done
