You purchase an item online and they take 3 weeks to deliver. I phoned them up after 3 weeks because they did not communicate anything to me, and they told me that they have no stock. They have a complaint email but no one replies and their call centre is useless. I asked for a refund but they take 4 days to put my request through. I would not recommend purchasing from them.
