Dilene in Customer Service, and her associates, made up for some kind of a ghost that was in my order. She received info that the runners I had ordered were discontinued and so she emailed me. Then I looked online and saw a note on the page with my selection on it saying that the runners would be shipped in 4 to 6 weeks, so I called Customer Service to ask if it was true. While D researched, I went to my mail service and THERE WERE THE RUNNERS I HAD ORDERED.
