“I don’t remember how I found Incredible rugs but I am grateful I did. Their selection is extensive and of the best quality at the best price. I first searched by color. I ordered 5 that I thought would work. Only the Feizy Rylan multi worked. It is beautiful! I, like many others have painted our walls in the lovely taupe or cafe latte. This rug compliments the walls. The colors run deep and strong without that washed out look…shabby chic, I believe, which is so popular. The wool pile is thick and soft on a heavy backing. The rug flattened virtually overnight. Wool rugs shed initially so I have vacuumed about 6 “puppies” so far, but I love to vacuum anyway. I went back to their website where I could search for “more like this one” and discovered Feizy had several patterns in the same colors. I ordered another pattern to match right away. Customer Service is outstanding and worked with me to find the best way to return the rugs I didn’t like. Email communications kept me informed on my rugs’ location and delivery times. Shipping was fast. I simply cannot be happier with Feizy and Incredible rugs. I am finishing the basement now so will be back for more rugs after the wood floors are in.”

“Customer service and shipping very good. Quality of the ivabliss Emma EMM-2300 Area Rug. Not great. It looks beatiful and it's think a cozy but... it sheds like crazy. I keep finding hair on our pants when we sit on the rug, balls of hair when I vaccum, it feels like we have a pet.. (which we don't) so, not happy about how much it sheds. It's the only negative, but I big one for me.”

“Such a smooth transaction. I was pleased with: 1) the way this company took care of my order 2) the prompt delivery 3) the rug itself 4) assistance in finding their recommended vacuum for my hand-knotted wool area rug. (They sell the SoniClean upright that’s supposed to be just right for the rug.) Best of all, a real person answered the phone when I called!”

“Incredible rugs is great. I will not order another surya rug. My 4x6 is beautiful. The 2x3 i got to match doesn’t match and is crooked, also dirty/soiled and looks like wet dish rag. Clearly Surya has quality control issues.”

“Not only is the rug absolutely stunning but the experience beginning to end was exceptional. I ordered a sample to ensure the rug worked in the room and to see the quality and feel. The sample was easy to order in and I received it quickly. Once I decided to place my order the website was easy to use and I really appreciated the confirmation of my order and great communication about delivery. “Great company with great products! I am a first time customer with Incredible rugs & decor and I am beyond pleased especially with the customer service I received. We recently moved and I didn't catch that my new shipping address didn't populate correctly when placing my order. I caught my mistake too late. Fedex wouldn't make any changes for me, I emailed Incredible rugs directly and Emily jumps through hoops to get the rugs redirected to me! They did such a wonderful job and the rugs are perfect! I would highly recommend and will shop with this company again.”
