“We purchased the Karastan Spice Market Saigon Area Rug. The large one is in the living room and goes beautifully with the rest of our decor. The rug is very cushiony and it feels good underfoot. The colors are subdued, yet strong enough to make a good presence. It does not overpower the rest of the fabrics in the space. The small one is 2' x 3' and has a special place in the kitchen. We also purchased the same Karastan pattern as a custom ordered runner. The cut edge required serging and it was done beautifully. This goes in our kitchen to protect the wood flooring. We purchased a pet proof mat to protect the flooring from possible moisture. We cut the mat to fit the size of the custom runner. We are incredibly pleased with our purchases from Incredible Rugs, including our dining room rug purchased a while ago. Our satisfaction with that area rug prompted us to look at the website for our current purchases. Couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for helping us decorate our home.”

“These rugs are just beautiful. Good pricing and excellent customer service. Quick delivery and great selection. I love the spice market line of karastan rugs and they tend to blend nicely even with different patterns in my space. The rug runners are the best! nice and soft plush rugs and great colors. I have 3 rugs from this company and will buy from them again.”

“Always and incredible experience. I've purchased several rugs always with fantastic service. The ability to try a returnable sample makes buying a rug easy. “This is my 4th rug from Incredible Rugs and Decor. All four rugs are from the Ancient Boundaries collections. Absolutely love them. Beautifully made and so love the many designs and colors to choose from. Definitely check these collections out .. you will not be disappointed. The customer service and care .. the absolute best. They are always willing to help. Thank you! I needed a small 2x3 for my newly renovated primary bath .. the water closet. Love it for my shower is in a beautiful safe green tile!”

“So happy to find “older”styles of Karastan rugs….not easy to find.. it is replacing another Karastan runner that I’ve had for 30 years. I like that it’s all wool. I unrolled it..it’s beautiful..won’t be using until small construction project done.”

“I purchased an expensive area rug as well as a rug pad that was suggested to fit under it. After placing both on the floor, I realized the rug pad was not necessary. I contacted the office immediately asking to return the rug pad. I absolutely LOVE the rug but did not want to pay $369 for a rug pad that won't work for me. I was told that the rug pad is not returnable because I opened the original package. I was told by the customer service rep that he would follow up with a supervisor to see if they could work something out. He never followed-up. This business is great ONLY if you don't need to return anything. In today's world where we purchase items online, I find the customer service to be incredibly poor .”

“I don’t remember how I found Incredible rugs but I am grateful I did. Their selection is extensive and of the best quality at the best price. I first searched by color. I ordered 5 that I thought would work. Only the Feizy Rylan multi worked. It is beautiful! I, like many others have painted our walls in the lovely taupe or cafe latte. This rug compliments the walls. The colors run deep and strong without that washed out look…shabby chic, I believe, which is so popular. The wool pile is thick and soft on a heavy backing. The rug flattened virtually overnight. Wool rugs shed initially so I have vacuumed about 6 “puppies” so far, but I love to vacuum anyway. I went back to their website where I could search for “more like this one” and discovered Feizy had several patterns in the same colors. I ordered another pattern to match right away. Customer Service is outstanding and worked with me to find the best way to return the rugs I didn’t like. Email communications kept me informed on my rugs’ location and delivery times. Shipping was fast. I simply cannot be happier with Feizy and Incredible rugs. I am finishing the basement now so will be back for more rugs after the wood floors are in.”

“Customer service and shipping very good. Quality of the ivabliss Emma EMM-2300 Area Rug. Not great. It looks beatiful and it's think a cozy but... it sheds like crazy. I keep finding hair on our pants when we sit on the rug, balls of hair when I vaccum, it feels like we have a pet.. (which we don't) so, not happy about how much it sheds. It's the only negative, but I big one for me.”

“Such a smooth transaction. I was pleased with: 1) the way this company took care of my order 2) the prompt delivery 3) the rug itself 4) assistance in finding their recommended vacuum for my hand-knotted wool area rug. (They sell the SoniClean upright that’s supposed to be just right for the rug.) Best of all, a real person answered the phone when I called!”
