Ordering was so easy! We found this rug at a furniture store and waited two months for it to be delivered - and they sent the wrong color. Then they tried to charge a restocking fee. This site had the exact same rug at a slightly better price, and it was delivered in days with free returns! It's perfect. The rug colors are much richer than in the photos.
