Ordering was so easy! We found this rug at a furniture store and waited two months for it to be delivered - and they sent the wrong color. Then they tried to charge a restocking fee. This site had the exact same rug at a slightly better price, and it was delivered in days with free returns! It's perfect. The rug colors are much richer than in the photos.

Very disappointed in the coupon. It only gave me the 12% discount on the .98 cent extra coverage for loss, damage or theft. It should have been on the price of the rug. I felt cheated.
Just ordered the rug today, so can’t comment on the rug itself or returns, or if I would recommend you.
