The large rug of our order was to replace an identical rug. This rug was folded on the inside of the roll and we cannot get it straightened out on one end.

The rug we ordered is very pretty and colors matched the online picture very well. The agent We worked with was very helpful. I gave the rug three stars because it is quite thin and lighter in weight than I thought it would be. It doesn’t lie completely flat on the floor. It is pretty in the room.

We were extremely happy with our first purchase two years ago. About a week ago, we ordered a rug which was delivered a day before a sal for that same rug started to be advertised. Just thought it was strange. They would not honor that new price for us. And, the rug isn’t quality wise what we were hoping for for the price we paid.

This is the second rug I've purchased from you.. There was a 15 percent off offer that I subscribed to.. The coupon offer was to come to my e mail with a code number. It never came.. All I got was points.. That's not 15 percent that was offered to me. ..poor customer service!

Rug is beautiful, as advertised, though the long side dimensions given were not quite accurate. And delivery took far too long.

Positive: people were friendly and generally tried to help. Issues were manufacturer related, not Incredible Rugs. Ordered rugs on Tuesday and they were delivered on Saturday. Negatives: never talked to the same person twice; right hand didn’t know what the left hand was doing, consistently got either conflicting information or no communication at all, notified Incredible Rugs about problem on Saturday, and it wasn’t resolved for ten days! Never did get a communication about how Incredible Rugs proposed to resolve or did resolve the problem.

When I ordered the rug I was told it was in the warehouse and would ship FedEx; I was to receive it within 5 days.. after 2 weeks, I called and was told it would ship in a couple of days, and as soon as there was a tracking number I would receive an email. After 2 days I called back and was told I should have a tracking number soon. Finally, today, I have a tracking number. The only person who was able to dig into the issue and expedite my order is Grace in Customer Service. I had spoken with Noah twice and all I received from him was lip service., and no follow up. Grace actually took the time to contact the warehouse, expedite my shipment.and called me back. There needs to be consistency in the training and monitoring of the people in the phones.

I received a promotional e-mail offering 20% off of a broad selection of rugs and was excited! Before I could finalize my decision, I received ANOTHER offer for 11% off of the total if I provided my e-mail address, which I did. When I went to my cart to check out, only one code could be applied. I called to inquire about this and was told that you can only apply 1 code per purchase even though that was not stated on the offers. Other than that, the buying experience was fine! Was impressed that I received an email from the president thanking me for my order and explaining that the rug will be delivered in 2-5 days by UPS. By the way, I am unable to give the star rating! I click on the stars but nothing happens!

I was not contacted by delivery company as indicated to know when the rug had shipped. I followed up with your customer service and they were good and followed up with me but the delay from purchase until knowing that the rug had shipped was too long

The company was fine for ordering and receiving a rug we ordered from them. However this rug is not good quality and is way overpriced. I have had the rug for three months and already the threads are coming loose and each of the braided runs are separating. We do not use a beater brush to vacuum as required. It’s in a master bedroom which has very little traffic and only bare feet.

This rug is very pretty but the color is nothing like the web photo. The background is very white.. not even a creamy color. Cannot use for that reason.

Very disappointed in the coupon. It only gave me the 12% discount on the .98 cent extra coverage for loss, damage or theft. It should have been on the price of the rug. I felt cheated. Just ordered the rug today, so can’t comment on the rug itself or returns, or if I would recommend you.
