Positive: people were friendly and generally tried to help. Issues were manufacturer related, not Incredible Rugs. Ordered rugs on Tuesday and they were delivered on Saturday.
Negatives: never talked to the same person twice; right hand didn’t know what the left hand was doing, consistently got either conflicting information or no communication at all, notified Incredible Rugs about problem on Saturday, and it wasn’t resolved for ten days! Never did get a communication about how Incredible Rugs proposed to resolve or did resolve the problem.
