This company is great! I ordered a rug that was handled roughly during shipment and incurred some soil damage. Even though it was not the fault of Incredible Rugs and Decor, they still worked with me in getting a replacement rug. I thought this was extremely caring - a shining example of living the Golden rule. As illuminated in a Christmas Carol, they make mankind their business!
