Have previously ordered several rugs from Incredible Rugs & Decor. Have always been happy, particularly w/their high level of customer service. All of us have faced the pandemic created monumental difficulties w/product backorders & the rug industry is no exception. Finally getting the rugs I ordered in March just now. They have kept me in the loop the entire time, letting me know the status, etc. Finally, the quality of their rugs is outstanding! Prices are within the norm.
