I would like to post a shout out to the fabulous customer service representative Noah. I have had two chat sessions with Noah, first one for assistance on placing my order and today to get an update. Noah has been great, very professional but not in a dry robotic way, he gives the impression that he actually cares about my satisfaction. So exceptional.
I should be receiving my rug tomorrow, but whether I love it or not will not diminish my satisfaction with the customer service provided.
