Excellent service. Received my Karastan rug a week after order. Its beautiful. This was a first time order for me so I ordered a 3x5 rug for my entryway. I ordered a 9x12 Karastan from Macy"s on 7/30/21 and still have not got the rug. Timely delivery and quality product. My next Karastan order for an 8x10 will be placed with Incredible Rugs and Decor.
