It was easy to order from Incredible Rugs and the follow-up emails were appreciated. The price was very good. The rug showed up as scheduled, and it didn't take long to arrive. The only issue I have is that on the computer, different photos of the same rug showed the rug different in color. I don't know how this can be rectified, but it would make shopping easier if it could be. I like the rug I received very much, but it is different from what I had expected.
