Our experience ordering the rugs was great and done in a short time. We ordered the rugs over the telephone. All of our questions were answered. We ordered the rugs on a Monday and received the rugs Thursday evening. We can't believe we saved so much money and that they arrived so soon. We love our rugs and rate our experience "Very Good".
