I ordered an 8’ x 11’ area rug [Oriental Weavers Kharma]. The web site was very easy to navigate and there was an amazing selection of patterns and sizes of just the Kharma line. I had some concern about ordering online but was extremely pleased with the appearance and quality of our new rug. The Rug and Pad (free) were shipped promptly from two different locations. (A number of sizes are on Back Order). The Pad is a decent thin (1/8”) “non-skid” pad … not a thicker cushioning pad … we ended up not using it as the rug had very nice pile. Overall, an excellent experience.
