My rug was on back order but it was easy to check the status and I was notified with an appropriate date for the rug to be back in stock. The rug came in a little earlier than expected and it shipped very quickly. The delivery setup was very easy too. All in all, it was a very good shopping and buying experience. The rug is beautiful in our living room and couldn’t be a better fit for our new furnishings and decor, very nice quality too. The pictures online were very true to color with a good description of the rug. I could have ordered the same rug from a local carpet store but would have paid a great deal more. Glad to have discovered this website and will definitely order from Incredible Rugs and Decor in the future. Thank you!
