I have never experienced such responsive customer service. There was a mistake at the factory and I received the wrong rug. These things happen. What matters is how quickly the mistake was corrected and how well I was treated. You just don't find service like this these days. The selection, quality and price can't be beat. The true value of a business comes to light in how they handle problems, and this company scores top marks.
