Not very good …excellent. Wonderful buying process. Every step of our purchase was transparent, honest and fairly priced. Delivery was fast and accurate.
Even the advice was decent. Although, please, only take the advice about ordering a sample seriously. Buying sight-unseen is difficult. The effort to translate our description of what we like in a rug into a suggested purchase was a huge miss. What we ended up with (Karastan Spice Market) was spectacular. We’ll be back.
