Excellent service. Beautiful rug! From the beginning to the end, it was one of the best online experiences I’ve ever had. Since I was buying an 8’ by 10’, they even advised up front that return shipping would be my responsibility and that they would be glad to send me a sample first. I still opted to go ahead and order the rug based on the photo shown on the site. The rug and pad arrived within a week. The color was as shown, but it’s more beautiful in person. The quality is great. It’s actually got more heft to it than I expected. Would definitely recommend this company!
