This was my second purchase from Incredible Rugs and just like my last experience, this was a 5-star rating. Communication regarding my back order was timely and when I realized that I would be traveling during the anticipated delivery period, the team offered to coordinate with the warehouse to hold the delivery until it was convenient for me. The options are endless and the pricing was comparable or less than other places (that didn't have such a great customer service team).
