This was my first experience with this company and I have been over the moon impressed by their communication and follow through. I had some challenges with my delivery based on the location of my house and not only was I assisted by everyone who I spoke with, I received a follow up email to be sure my needs were addressed. Everyone I spoke with has been wonderful - To top it off, we just love our rug - we had a runner already so we knew what the colors were, now having a 9x13 it has been a great addition to our living space. I have already recommended this site to family and friends and I will continue to order from this company.
