IR&D have been fantastic to work with. The fact that they offer returnable/refundable (less discounted shipping) samples is a life saver that not many online rug distributors offer. I don't think that I would have been able to make a decision that I was truly happy with without seeing the rug in my room first. The return process was hassle free. I ended up purchasing a rug from IR&D on a Tuesday and received the rug by Thursday the same week! The customer service is personalized and immediate. IR&D has my return business for sure.
