We have bought at least 4 rugs from Incredible Rugs and have been extremely happy with the rugs and the service.
In July we ordered another rug. It is December and we had to send numerous emails to find out when our rug was bring delivered. We find out today it is not coming in December but it is backordered to May next year. They have had my money since July. Shocking customer service and we will not be ordering again from this company. Be aware future customers.
