Most importantly, the rug is great! I have several antique wool oriental rugs and Jarastan rugs. I was nervous about ordering this rug. It is wonderful and so soft. Ordering process was good. Items sent separately. Tracking was for one order - therefore a small gap in data. Overall a great experience!
