I love my new Karastan Spice Market Petra Multi Area Rug in my dining room. I initially ordered the wrong size, and Dilene followed up with me to make sure the return was processed, I was properly credited, and received the replacement rug. Excellent customer service like this is becoming harder to find, and I want to make sure Dilene is recognized for her accountability and kindness.
