Excellent service! Having had Karastan rugs previously, I searched for best selection and pricing and found the website for Incredible Rugs & Decor. Pricing was excellent, so called them with questions re: shipping and they were knowledgeable and helpful. They kept me updated on shipping dates and carrier. Product delivered in a timely way and as beautiful as I expected. Will definitely use them again!
