Ordered rug in January 2024. House being built so my mistake for not opening the rug to check it out. Unfolded it yesterday and guess what? They shipped me the wrong rug. Now I’m stuck! If you can’t get and order right, you are either INCOMPETENT or you just DONT CARE! That’s why you deserve ONE STAR! I’m never ordering again from this company.
