The rug arrived very quickly. It was well packaged and arrived in great shape. It was exactly as pictured and I love how it looks. I reached out to Customer Service with a question before receiving my order. They answered my question and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was ok. GREAT experience. Will definitely shop with them again.
