This was my first experience ordering an area rug online and it could not have been better. From the beginning to the end, the customer service department walked me thru the entire process. They were patient with me as I had many questions. I certainly didn’t want to order a rug this size only to return it. In the end, I ended up with exactly what I wanted and I love it. The rug arrived within days of ordering and I’ve since returned my samples and have received my refund. The whole process seemed seamless.
