I have had multiple single carpet orders over time. This last was a multiple (3) rug order on Valentines sale. My CC was charged immediately but after 7 days nothing about shipping. Late that afternoon 2 showed up. When I called, they said none were shipped. He was surprised to hear two were at my door but no info one the third one. I had based my order on the missing carpet which had been listed as last one in stock. It took awhile but they found it was coming from a separate location. I only buy Karastan..,the Sapphire Amara is perfect, rich colors and soft under bare feet. The Ayanda is perfect colors, nice texture but the motif is not as crisp at the photo. The third rug, an Echo, I have only looked at the unwrapped corner. It is very flat, this rug is intended for a guest bedroom where the hardwood can get very cold in winter. I am sure the muted grey tones will be a good choice. I will do business w IRnD again
