Even though Rugs Direct had a better price, I went with you because of Dilene, who was informative and quick to chat or return phone calls. Also the Better Business Bureua gave you better reviews. I liked your policy of ordering a sample first although this time the sample was unavailable. You might talk to Karistan about having more samples available.
