They were incredibly helpful in reaching out with some recommendations when I ordered a large rug to ensure I would be happy with my purchase. I ended up going down a size but ultimately had to return it (to no fault of theirs) and they made the return process very easy. I really appreciated the personal attention to my order and working with them was very easy. Would absolutely order from the again and recommend them to others!
