Lovely Product and Incredible Service! To begin, I neglected to put a gate code for delivery. This resulted in the rug needing to take a second pass the following day. I emailed the company to see if they could help. Immediate response and then followed up the next day to make sure the product arrived. The price was competitive and I expected a nice rug. The product exceeded my expectations in quality and overall appeal. The pictures on the website are true to the product delivered. I also thought the ability to "preview" the rug was a strong tool and it helped me to feel comfortable making the purchase. I would recommend this company.
