Incredible rugs had a rug showing available to order 2nd day air shipping on their website. I purchased it, and followed up for two weeks only to hear that they didn't not have the rug in stock and it would not be available until three months later. Had I know this I would never have placed the order. Deceptive tactics. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau
