What a wonderful 5 star experience with purchasing my rug! I don't always feel i need to leave a review but I have been very impressed with online chat to ask a question about the rug to the email regarding a change in shipment method due to the size of the rug. I called the number provided and immediately had a customer service person on the phone to answer all my questions. The expected delivery time was 1-2 weeks and arrived nicely packaged in 3 days. I would definitely order again from this company. Great price and great service.
