First, I am not one to write a review unless I have a really challenging or really incredible experience w/ a company or product. This one I am happy to say was awesome. I found the rug I wanted on their website but was struggling with a couple details, so I gave them a call and to my absolute delight I tt a real person (who as she shared has been part of this small business for a long time) I described my situation, what I was trying to accomplish (related to our puppy and kids), my budget and she helped me out like only someone that has been in the business for a while :-) can do.
