Finally found the rug I wanted and had coupon for 7% discount and put in online cart to order on 3/28 and got a reminder to get a pad for this rug. So had to search and review this item which took another day. On 3/29 received special email of 22% on orders placed for the next 4 Days. However, in a haste I accidentally placed order for rug/pad from my cart with the 7% discount and didn’t start over to get the new one at 22%. Informed Steve of my situation and he promptly applied the larger discount. The rug/ pad arrived as scheduled and both are beautiful and well worth the money. Great customer service with this purchase!
