Please don't buy any Indesit products. The customer service is terrible. We bought a tumble dryer from a local store thinking local shop + UK company would be better for the economy that shopping online and buying a german model such as Bosch. How wrong I was. Within 2 months there was an error on the machine. Customer support phone line was a voicemail saying they weren't answering calls (this is a 9.30am on the Thursday morning) so go via live chat. Live chat never got replied to, just a repeated message saying the wait time is a few minutes. Whatsapp never got replied to. Direct message on Twitter .... never got replied to. Absolute mess. Do yourself a favour, buy a German made machine.
