Worst costumer service ever. Avoidant to respond clearly to clients questions.
Got two visits from engineers, the first one was assessed I needed a new drum, with a budget of 75£. I was contacted later, by indesit to get an insurance plan that was offering me coverage and the repair money for 74£ - which I took because it seemed better.
On the second visit from the engineer, with no checks carried out on the washing machine he decided to change the rubber seal. Until now, I got no explanations to why this happened and they don’t disclose the budget difference.
