I bought an indesit cooker and after 1 year 6 months the grill stopped working and the oven door came off. I bought it from PC world who couldnt have cared less so i wrote a review on other platforms both about pc world and indesit. Indesit replied to that review telling me to reach out to them on the phone number provided. I rang several times but the answerphone message gave a link to click on which i did. when i contacted their online support it led me to a website wanting my credit card details to chat to one of their engineers as there was a charge!!!!! so much for indesit support!! It isnt free.
