I had an extremely disappointing experience using IndiaMART. I was connected to an unprofessional seller who refused to refund my money after my package was returned by Dubai customs. The seller demanded extra charges and ignored my repeated requests for a refund. Despite providing proof and contacting IndiaMART customer support multiple times (by email, phone, and WhatsApp), they stopped responding. IndiaMART does not take responsibility for sellers’ actions, and I feel abandoned as a buyer. I strongly warn others: be very careful when dealing with sellers through IndiaMART. Their platform does not guarantee your security or refund, even when you are clearly right. Avoid sellers like Lata Mangeshkar pharmacy ( Derma Medicine point ) and be cautious using this platform.
