I had order but 2 items. They sent me only one of the items. They said they will always reply within 24 hours of your initial complaint but they didn’t. I needed the order by about a week and a half for a gift. I expressed my concern for that but they legitimately didn’t apologize and said they will re ship the missing item and completely ignored my concern. They didn’t even offer to refund the shipping or ship it quicker to me. Overall, horrible experience with many mishaps.
