“I had order but 2 items. They sent me only one of the items. They said they will always reply within 24 hours of your initial complaint but they didn’t. I needed the order by about a week and a half for a gift. I expressed my concern for that but they legitimately didn’t apologize and said they will re ship the missing item and completely ignored my concern. They didn’t even offer to refund the shipping or ship it quicker to me. Overall, horrible experience with many mishaps.”
“Three different orders, three different issues.
1) took money and never sent product.
2) Ordered a limited edition album. Confirmation that I was to receive album 35/500. Never showed. When asked, the said they had sold them all and must have sold the one I paid for. Refunded me minus shipping for a product not shipped
3)Placed order. Double Charged. Only receive one confirmation email/tracking number. Only received one Product. Refusal to assist. Currently going through Bank as a fraud charge.”
