I purchased inserts in "Shade" to tackle the heat radiating from the single-pane windows on the west side of my house, and I was also hoping to eliminate the draft in the bathroom. Not only has the heat been reduced, but the draft is gone! As a bonus, the neighbor across the street, who speaks at full volume, no longer sounds like she is standing in my house. She now sounds like she is across the street where she should be.
The window on the left has no insert. The window on the right has the tinted insert.
