My son's (Colin) bedroom window looks out to the back of a large grocery store. The early morning noise from trucks coming and going, loud banging from the unloading of product, and yelling voices made it impossible for my son to get a good night's sleep. I bought the Indow inserts for my son and after the first night he sent me a text - "First night I was able to get an entire night of sleep with no noise interruptions. Love Indow!"
