Well the insert definitely cut the drive by traffic noise down quite a bit, to the point that it doesn't wake me up any more which is huge and it actually takes longer to unpack the insert then it does to place it in the window.
Most likely going to get two more for downstairs in the living room, just for the noise reduction.
