I am a bit disappointed because even though I bought the acoustical level, I still hear sounds from the outside coming through the window. I think that the inserts are helping with temperature control but are not the best sound barrier. Sounds I hear are cars one block away as well as people's voices. The windows are completely sealed with not gaps. We'll see how well they do during the hot summer months.
