I will preface that the customer experience with Indow was 5-stars. My customer service rep was great and the laser tool they used was easy to follow. I ordered 4 units and each of them fit perfectly. The result was noticeable but I still have more work to do before I can eliminate my barking dog problem. Their customer support was great at helping me with other things that I can do to further reduce noise.
