Overall it works to reduce a lot of noise outside. But it is much heavier than I expected. So removing the inserts needs some time, and better two people. The only drawback is the dirt on the frame tube. You can see the frame tube is pretty dirty and sticky and hard to clean. This may be due to the dirt in the manufacture or the compressed packaging during shipping.
