very tight going in but i guess thats a good thing because it seems to be doing what was advertised. it has cut down on voices and road noise, mostly high pitched noises. the low noises that humm and vibrate cant be helped i guess. this is on a window that we never open anyway so no big deal. got the thicker noise dampening acrylic for a little over $500.00, so far its worth it, sleep better and less bothered by the neighbor.
